First, welcome to the new participants.

The upcoming meeting on Monday is going to be less of a formal presentation and more of a planning meeting. Open participation is encouraged. We need to setup the keynote agenda for the fall of 2008 and I will be taking suggestions, on desired keynote subjects and speakers as well as to meeting formats.

I will be also taking on suggestions for meeting formats. Possibly we will be discussing the possibility to add co-chairs for this chapter. Anyone interested on the task, please step up!

Also, be mindfull that registration is necessary, even if you make last minute plans and have other commitments elsewhere. Here's why:

  • Building Security is strict on who they allow in. So I need your name confirmed by Friday for submission.
  • I need to order pizza. So I need to know how many pies I get to order.

For getting registered, you can either subscribe to the user e-mail tech tips list through
http://nyc.naisg.org... or e-mail me at tcosta@naisg.org. That will do. Remember, no latter than Friday.

With many thanks
